Will I need to buy specialty foods like protein powders, low-fat and diet foods or dinners?

ANSWER: I do not suggest these kinds of foods. The low-fat and diet foods are usually loaded with sugars and artificial flavors to replace the taste, lost from taking the fat out! Fat is a necessary nutrient in our diets. Protein mixes are not necessary, but I give you some recipes and teach how to recognize the ready-made products that are unproductive to weight loss and health.

Can I exercise while on this diet?

ANSWER: Yes. The nofad Weight Loss program is a lifestyle change. It will not  dangerously reduce calories, which is why some weight-loss plans say to not exercise while losing weight. You’ll be able to exercise to gain muscle, and muscle burns fat. I’ll teach you about the certain foods that will help you gain muscle and lose fat while you sleep!

What can I eat at picnics, pizza night with my family or at a restaurant?

ANSWER: It isn’t as hard as you think. You will still be able to eat pizza and have pasta, dessert and sandwiches. I will teach you the balance between carbs and proteins, and even show you how to and when to eat desserts and fruits.

Will I have to give-up all my favorite foods?

ANSWER: No. As a coach, I will show you how to eat some things at different times of the day that will be better for the metabolism. Now please understand, if you eat 1/2 dozen donuts a day, we will need to cut that back. But it doesn’t mean that you can’t have a donut once in awhile.

How can I lose fat?

ANSWER: Eat fat to lose fat. This is a program that is a lifestyle change. So in getting healthy, we have to incorporate good fats into our diets to transport the minerals necessary to stay healthy, lose weight and look younger. I will teach you how to lose the fat that is in our fats cells, with food. I will explain how we lose fat by eating fat.

How fast can I lose weight?

ANSWER: Losing weight at an average of 2 pounds per week is safe, and effective in keeping the weight off. But all of that is up to you. Following the advise in Session #1, you can start seeing a difference by the end of the 1st week.

Do I have to cut calories?

ANSWER: In the 2nd Session, I give you a chart from the FDA to follow for your calorie intake given your gender, age and daily activity. It’s a foundation to aim for a goal. After counting your caloric intake in Session #1, if you find that you need to cut back on calories, I always recommend that you cut back only 10% for the first week and thereafter, another 10% per week. Most of the time my clients only need 1 or 2 weeks to get to their caloric goal. Cutting back calories this way makes it painless and enjoyable. Our stomach will shrink without discomfort and no physical strength is lost!

What can I eat on vacation/cruise ship?

ANSWER: There are so many cuisines to eat on a cruise ship. When you are taught what foods to eat and when to eat them, it’ll be easy to choose the right foods that will help maintain your weight loss.

Will I be left to myself to decide what and when to eat?

ANSWER: No. I will be with you all the way. Between sessions, you can contact me via email or text if you feel you need on-the-spot help. I’ll be able to get back to you asap. If something can wait till our next meeting, then I suggest writing it down so you don’t forget. After the 10th Session, you can always contact me with concerns. Some people ask for another 10 weeks of one-on-one coaching.

What do I have to do to lose weight on The nofad Weight Lose program?

ANSWER: It’s a one-on-one program. Our first meeting will take about 45-60 minutes. You will receive the 1st Session FREE of charge and I will discuss how to apply the information to your lifestyle. The other important part of the meeting is to introduce you to The nofad Weight Loss program and show you how I can help you with your weight loss. You will fill out a short profile so I can get to know and understand your dietary and lifestyle needs. If you choose to use my services, we then set up a time to meet each week, preferably on the same day of the week. With each session you should be able to have changed 2 things in your diet that will lead the way to your desired weight loss. By the end of the 10th week session, you will have changed 20 things in your personal habits of eating!
